Our experienced staff of appraisers/analysts offers a broad base of expertise through a combination of continuing education and years of unique field experience. The most experienced of our staff have obtained the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license from the State of Minnesota, with reciprocity available in other states, and earned the top designation offered by the Appraisal Institute (MAI Designation). |
